A really fun way to get everyone in the kitchen for the night making their own pizzas! We have a lot of fun getting lots of different topping choices for everyone to personalize their own. This can be made in a bread machine or rolled out by hand on the counter by hand.
Basic Pizza Dough:
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/4 cups Water
3 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 TBSP Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Bread Machine SAF Yeast
Assorted Pizza Toppings
If making in a bread machine, add all ingredients into the loaf pan according to manufacturer directions and then set machine to pizza dough setting. If making by hand, place all dry ingredients together on the counter and slowly knead together, incorporating the wet ingredients. Continue to knead until a soft dough forms. Cut into desired portions.
Once dough comes together, leave on counter to rise and cover with a warm damp towel for about 20-30 minutes. After it has risen, knead for a few more minutes and then have fun with all of the toppings making your own pizzas.
Bake pizzas at 425 deg F for 10-12 minutes until golden, crispy and cooked through.
